Architectural review and approval is required prior to making any improvements on your property or connecting to the water system.
Dues & Fees
HOA dues are $700 and are paid once annually before June 1
for the calendar year
Household water and lawn irrigation fees are assessed on developed properties and paid once annually before June1 in addition to dues. Please see the Member section for usage charges.
Water connection fees and forms are due at time of Architectural Review application.

Palisades Bench has a legal and binding HOA governed by Association Bylaws and CC&Rs that are administered by a board and management committee.
Property owners are compulsory members of the HOA and must register immediately upon closing of a property by submitting their contact information to the HOA email address.
