Architectural review and approval is required prior to making any improvements on your property or connecting to the water system.
Dues & Fees
HOA dues are $700 and are paid once annually before June 1
Household water and lawn irrigation fees are assessed on developed properties and paid once annually before June1 in addition to dues. Please see the Member section for usage charges.
Water connection fees are due at time of connection.

Palisades Bench has a legal and binding HOA governed by Association Bylaws and CC&Rs that are administered by a board and management committee.
Property owners are compulsory members upon purchase and must register immediately upon closing of a property by submitting their contact information to the HOA email address.
